The author introduces us to the topics step-by-step as the coaching process unfolds, while confronting us with dilemmas common to human nature through the problems of company officers. After all, discipline, time management, abiding by rules, communication, cooperation, relations with others, and finally release, expiration or death are essential issues in everybody’s life.
The author, being a martial art instructor makes his book even more vivid and the cases more lifelike by adding martial arts comparisons to some situations. It demonstrates the character of György Sárvári as a human being, that he excels not only in business life – as managing director of Neosys Organisational Development and Consulting Company – in the academic field – having the title of PhD – but also in physical contests as a 3 dan jeet-man-do master.
